Dr. D Glen Coles, MD

I started out being very pleased with the service of this office, after I was referred I received a call within two days about scheduling an appointment and had my paperwork mailed to me to minimize my wait time in office. The day of my appointment, however, was not so great. I checked in fine, didn't wait too terribly long in the waiting room either. I meet with the nurse and she is very nice, but doesn't really seem to understand me and asks me questions as if I was telling her lies. Then continues to tell me she doesn't work out like she should, but I noticed she has a pack of cigarettes in her scrub pocket... Once she is done with her exam part I assume she goes to Doctor Coles to tell him how the exam went and report her findings, however, I guess the doors are paper thin because what I heard was her telling him about how I'm so confused and have no idea what I'm talking about and that I let my partner do all the talking for me. Cool, Thanks. Next, Doctor Coles comes in about… twenty minutes later, rubbing his head like he has a bad headache and talks to me with an attitude like, "your apparent problem that really isn't a problem but I'll give you some medicine that takes more than two weeks to work but I want to see you in two weeks anyway. So, now leave because I clearly have better things to do than to talk to a patient that is concerned about her body." Even better, thanks. Finally, its two weeks later and I still haven't heard back about my lab results, and I've just cancelled my appointment, but the appointments person really doesn't care either and hangs up on me after she says, "I'll cancel your appointment".
