This doctor shouldnt even be called a doctor he should be called a monster. He dosent care about you and lies strait to your face!!! mercy medical center should fire him and hire someone who actually cares about peoples family members instead of treating his patients in the ICU as already dead!!!! If you have cancer and get stuck with this pallative care doctor BEWARE!!!!! he plays god and if he dosent think your life is woth living he will let you suffer

Dr. DeCoy saw me for a chronic cough that I've had for about a year. I am a strong, healthy, 30 year old man. I've been an athlete my entire life. I play on 3 soccer teams and 2 softball teams. I work outside, doing a lot of physical labor. Dr.DeCoy never looked at my history, my test results, or anything I brought with me. He asked me a few questions, listened to my lungs, and then told me I have Asthma. He insisted that I have had Asthma since I was a child. He also told me I need to find a new job, because I couldn't continue to work outside. I told him that was not going to happen, as I've been with this company for 11 years. He told me there was no other option. He was impatient and rude. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak. When I asked him a question, after he asked if I had any questions, he yelled at me and said that I wasn't listening to him. He was rude, unprofessional, and just plain wrong. I am NOT an Asthmatic. I am going to a different specialist next week.
