As far as extraction of wisdom teeth, this dentist is the worst. He does very brutal job. He damages your gums. Other dental treatments like root canal, he does a good job.

I had a gap between my front teeth, 4 other dentists tried to fix it for me ( 2 of them were UConn faculties!! ) and they ended up doing a very very bad job. I was so unhappy with the way my front teeth used to look. Dr. Dong listened to me and SPEND TIME! He measured the length of teeth to make sure that they're symmetric. The result is just amazing and finally someone did something that I'm happy with! Thank

Dr Dong has consistently provided me with excellent care and service. He has gone out of his way to ensure that I have a positive and discomfort-free experience. I’ve been his patient for over 15 years, without a single complaint about the care he and his staff have provided to me.

Dr Dong saved my teeth! I went to Aspen Dental and they wanted $10,000.00 to fix my teeth. They were even going to pull my teeth. I went to Dr Dong and he fixed my teeth for a considerable amount less. I would recommend him to anyone. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist, but Dr Dong changed that.

I happen to be there for an appointment and I felt very uncomfortable while he was training a new girl to be his assistant. I was shocked to see that he treated this young lady with such disrespect. Had that of been my daughter, I would of let him have it. Very unprofessional to act in this manner in front of a patient. And shame on him for treating his help in that manner. I found it to be abusive. He as a dentist is very thorough. I would hope in the future he doesn't do this to anyone else who works for him.

Dr. Dong is a great dentist, have been going to him for over 8 years and have no complaints.

Dr Dong is exceptionally detail orientated when he made my partials. On the other hand,his receptionist could had used better language and handled patient matters with some manners. I've have seen the worst in customer service.
