I like this Doctors office because of the staff. They are always very kind and helpful to me. Especially his nurse. She makes you feel very much at ease. I see there is a negative comment on here about her. I can tell you, if it wasn't for her then ALOT of things wouldn't get done for the patients. I appreciate her honesty about how the doctor is so that there aren't any surprises. Thank you to the Doctors and great staff!

We waited a short time before Dr. Ferguson saw us and he had some amazing information to give us that we really needed to hear, things other doctors we had seen never discussed with us, and for that we are grateful. His office assistant was pleasant enough, however, she spoke in bad terms of the doctor and made faces at him behind his back that we saw - and that is totally unprofessional behavior and it really bothered me.

Best primary caregiver I have ever had in my 75 years Spends the time to diagnose, finds least evasive and expensive treatment first before using the big gun, skilled in several medical fields, But you have TO BE PATIENT waiting as he devotes the same attention to evryone.

Too many of the wrong prescriptions for my family member. Too many narcotics. Never following up to see what the actual problem is or other alternative treatments.

dr. ferguson was excellent in treating you. he was only here in big spring for about a year. he is still missed by many of his patients. sure wish he was close enough to still be our dr. donald ferguson you are greatly missed in big spring tx.

Dr. Ferguson has been very good to me. I was seen is a timely manner diagnosed and treated quickly. He has an excellent bedside manner and treated me with respect and courtesy. His follow up visits were done in a timely manner with the same profesionallism and courtesy.

Would not recommend. Has made wrong choice of medication for my love one and i don't appreciate this. As result, hospitalization and memory changes that were unwarranted. Will not allow any other doctor to prescribe without consulting me first.
