Dr. Ford has been my primary doctor for several years and is very caring, takes the time to answer my questions and is just the best doctor .

Tried to communicate concerns about a patient of his and was basically hung up on after he berated me numerous times saying things like, “You think I don’t know that??” “You’re wasting my time” etc. If another physician called me about my patients I’d be happy for updates even if I already knew the baseline condition. I didn’t even finish reporting that a patient had an immediate need before he launched into a tirade so rude and patronizing it was almost unreal. I’ve never ever experienced that level of rudeness from a fellow doc in my entire career- and all for trying to ensure a patient he failed to properly educate or follow up with was well taken care of! Even if he “knows” about certain issues, kindness goes a long way and it is better that he already know than never know at all. I am disgusted by Mr. Ford’s behavior!

My experience with Dr. Ford was horrible! He came across as very rude. He did not make me feel comfortable or welcomed. He speaks as if the patient is illiterate or stupid. Will never go back!!!

Poor bedside manner and did not treat my illness went to a different doctor received treatment had the nerve to bill my insurance
