I saw him several years in a row when he had an office at the Jamaica Estates Center of Advantage Care Physicians of New York. He always checked me for glaucoma and then dilated my pupils for an eye examination. The initial wait time wasn’t excessive. Neither was the time for the dilating drops to take effect and to be called back in again. I never had any procedures with him, so I can’t speak to that, but he’s great with those annual checkups.

Very bad experiance. The appointment was on 2:30 and we were there at 2 pm. Then we were notified that he was running one hour behind. Then at 3:15 we were called and we were the 2nd patient to be called. It was a procedure for my husband on both eyes. So we were sitting in a room and waiting. The doctor came about after one hour to let us know that he doesn't have enough personnel to assist him. In the meantime he is jumping between patients and leaving us waiting. Then he came again after one hour decided to do the procedure. He injected the Anesthesia and he took out tools from the package and left then open on the tray and left him there waiting for another one hour. When he came back to do the procedure the Anesthesia worn off and he had to inject some more. When he started the procedure he was just trying finish it off and ended up hurting my husband. He barely explained anything and gave very little instructions. We came home at 6:05. Now one his eyes is more swollen than the… other.
