He charges $300 for a 10 minute visit. And when I called to challenge the bill they look at his notes he had lied about what he did in that appointment. When my son had a concern about something he told him to google it. Why did we have to pay 300 for that. And the clinic is still making me pay the bill and they wont let my son switch doctors either. Do not make him your doctor. I wish i read the reviews before hand.

Horrible bedside manner. It's a verbal wrestling match to have him address anything beyond one complaint. During one visit he burped in front of me and then blew it off to the side, how kind of him. Time to retire!

I am an athlete and first met with doctor Gallup in April2018. He refused to listen, or act on my articulated plans of action. I have had multiple appointments with Dr. Gallup in his salem office. He was always Disrespectful, Abrasive to my input, but went the extra mile to be unhelpful when I requested medical leave. My last appt. With Dr. Gallup was in July2018. I brought my sister along to form her own opinion as an impartial third party. He then made an inappropriate and unprofessional statement and continued to claim that I am mentaly unstable while informing me that my insurance has "great" mental health coverage "that offers a lot different drugs all for free 'at this location'."

My whole family has been patients of Dr. Gallup's for nearly 10 years. He is personable, the children love him, and he has been respectful of our requests. And so far he has been spot on with his diagnosis.

Unlike many doctors, Dr. Gallup does not belittle anyone that likes to do their own research on medical issues, and he is respectfull of beliefs that differ from his own. He is friendly and professional and our children have always looked forward to their visits with him even when they were just toddlers. We are so glad to have Dr. Gallup as our family doctor. * Dr. Gallup is no longer in Lebanon he is located in Albany now.
