Dr. Donald W Haines

I absolutely love Dr Haines. He's an awesome dentist who really cares about his patients. I always get anxiety when going to the dentist but he always makes me feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend him.

I will never go back to this guy again. His bedside manner is horrible. I had a tooth pulled by him and afterwards he embarrassed me by saying things that made me feel pretty bad. One right after another. Then he wanted me to come back for some unnecessary work. I got a second opinion and the new dentist said omg no no no! There's nothing wrong with your fillings!!!!! Ugh.

I will never go back to this dentist ever again. He was extremely rough, jamming tools in my mouth, drilling so fast and so hard I felt like my tooth was going to shatter into pieces. He barely numbed me, so halfway through the procedure I could feel EVERYTHING. And it took me bursting into tears for him to stop and ask if I was okay, even though I was moaning and jerking around in my chair. He finally numbed me more, once I was crying so hard that he had to stop. But instead of waiting for it to take effect he went right back to drilling away. Like what is this amateur hour? And the fact that he was resting his arms on my head and face made me super uncomfortable. I have never been to a dentist that was ever this violent and had complete disregard for how rough they were being or how much pain their patient was in. I went to this dentist as a referral from my own dentist because I had a very complicated root canal that needed to be done. I wish I just got the tooth pulled instead. I'm… seriously traumatized from this whole experience. I don't know how anyone would go to this man.

Doctor Haines has compassion for his patients. I suffer from Serve IBS and other health issues and he is very kind and does not make fun of me. He tries to calm me down so he can do what he has to do making my teeth in good shape.

Dr Haines is very compassionate . I have anxiety issues due to bad dentistry experiences in the past . Dr . Haines talked to me and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience . He had to remove all nine of my teeth on the bottom , which is no easy job in itself . His nurses also need a complement also , from scheduling the appointment , paper work and scheduling after care appoints was made easy by their patience . Great experience through whole ordeal . Just wanted to say thank you !
