Great doctor

Have always found it a pleasant experience in all situations with Dr. Hanser. He has seen me through some tough times. Good Man!!!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Hanser is an excellent physician who always has time for his patients. His diagnostic skills are superb. I trust him more than any other doctor I have ever visited.

Great Doctor. Really takes time to listen and cares.

He had my grandmother on a blood pressure medication from the 1960s. Her specialists were shocked that someone is still prescribing it when there are so many newer and better options on the market now.

Office staff horrible. Unable to get appointments even tho patient for over 15 years. Rude.

I've been going to Dr. Hanser for four years. Usually just once or twice a year for a sinus infection. This year I've called to get an appointment several times, and the office staff has told me there is over a week wait to see him, even for serious conditions. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room and a half hour in the office, I got five minutes of his time to get a prescription for antibiotics. His bedside manner is fine, but his office staff are rude and apparently have no concern for patients time.
