Dr. Donald Rena Hearn, MD

Worst doctor ever. Told me I had had a heart attack and wanted me to go to a cardiologist in his building. I had no symptoms and did not go to him for that. I found my own cardiologist who did an echocardiogram and stress test and told me I have a very healthy heart. Then Dr Hearnsent me a bill for $17.63 with no explanation of what that charge was for. He WAS my PCP and the visit was covered 100% by medicarei. I returned the bill letting him know i would not pay a charge with no explanation. I also spoke to the office manager letting her know I would not be coming back and why. Now I get a notice from a collection agency for the $17.63. Ridiculous.

TV is really loud and annoying.

I don't even know where to start! I would not recommend this office.........

Had to drive back , 4 hours drive,to get prescription because they failed to tell me they would no be ale to call prescription in because it had to be hand delivery

Dr. Hearn is Awesome his staff sucks.... You can't find better

Took my child to this doctor one time 5 years ago. They got paid with my co-pay as well as by my insurance. Since then I have had a new bill sent to me twice for different days of service that I didn't take my child for nor do I even live in that area anymore. I have called multiple times and the ladies that answer have told me because we're no longer patients of this doctor, they cannot release any information. If you see this doctor be very careful to check all insurance claims submitted by their office.

Dr. Hearn is a wonderful doctor but his front office makes it bad for him. You can't get a call back from them concerning urgent matters, get results from blood work several months after it was done. My pharmacy has called me more than once stating they can't get anyone to response to their attempts to get prescription authorized. I have a family member how loves Dr. Hearn, but just could not take it anymore due to the front office and switched doctors. I'm now at the same point and ready to switch doctors. I've held out as long as I could. Time to look for a new physician.

Has great bedside manner, spends time discussing your symptoms and treatment. Really cares about your overall health. Actively listens to your complaints or issues. Great doctor, would highly recommend to everyone I know or meet.

He has been my Doctor for 20 years. I drive 70 miles for my visits. Dr. hearn is my life line. He is an excellent doctor. When I need a specialist he refers the best. I would rate him the among the best, because he continiously educates himself. He will solve your problems when no one will take the time to do the research.

I have been going to Dr.Hearn for years. He is fantastic. Dr. Malacon is great also. I have no problem with the staff there.
