Dr. Donald James Hermens, MD

It was easy to get my first appointment but then went down hill from there. The first appointment went fine. He spent ample time with me, seemed to know his medicine and prescribed drugs to ease my symptoms. After three weeks my symptoms did not improve and it has been impossible to speak to him on the phone to adjust the prescriptions. Four calls four days in a row and only two answered by a secretary and the other two went to voice mail. No call back from anyone. Very unprofessional. I am still alive and waiting for a call back before I pass on to a better place.

Terrible manners. Doesn't listen to symptoms. Tells anyone with GI symptoms that they have ibs or anxiety. Patients need a different doctor to get a correct diagnosis.

On time. . .spent plenty of time with me. . answered all my questions...staff was also excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Hermens!
