Not caring only wanted to sell you more and more and if you said no they would talk down to you from the moment you call them.

Dr. Johnson is a decent Dr. but I can't reccomend this place to ANYONE until he adjusts his staff. I went to set up surgery and the staff was supposed to give me a quote on what I would be paying when I left. They didn't because they were "too busy" so I told them I can't schedule the surgery until I know EXACTLY how much it would cost, as I am helping a family member with medical bills as well. They called me a couple days later and told me the amount. They never mentioned they would bill me an additional amount AFTER they told me the EXACT price. I scheduled the surgery and had a few complications after it. Then they send me a bill for another $50. I called and their billing department was THE RUDEST and most UNHELPFUL people to deal with, The lady acknowledged that it was wrong the way it played out but wouldn't offer any help and told me, rudely, that I have to pay it and that's that. She didn't care that I had been told something different, she didn't care that I said I couldn't… do the surgery without knowing exactly the price, and basically gave me the "I know this isn't right, but we're doing it anyway" speach. How can a Dr. who makes tons of money not back up his staff's word and take the $50 in the pocket since it was his error? I am very unsatisfied with this office and will NEVER RETURN
