Dr. Donald Mark Kroe, MD

I wish I had checked more before making an appointment with Dr. Kroe. While he seemed competent and kind in our initial consultation, his staff ignored repeated followup attempts about the home sleep study the doctor prescribed...but never arrived. Is it too much to ask for some communication? The ONLY contacts I've received from this office is to set up my initial appointment...and to send me a bill. Nice job. The lack of care and consideration this staff shows its patients has made me lose me my patience. I can't recommend them less. A total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and find a more responsive team!

It was easy to make an appt for the following week. Wait time was average. Dr. Kroe seemed to have a canned speech about my condition which was not modified / personalized to fit my circumstances. I'm sure he's used to talking about it but it didn't feel great that he didn't know my particulars. He was responsive when I called the following week with a question (called me back after office hours and helped me develop a decent plan). Office staff was mediocre and not helpful when I was a bit panicked.
