Unacceptable wait time for first appointment. Directly unapproachable for comments after initial appointment. He may be great for some but not for everyone.

I feel like doctor Millus is an okay doctor. he need a more caring staff they just don't care about patience. any more they can't even get your meds right.

Wonderful doctor. Very loving and caring. He takes time to listen to each patient. Although, he takes times but sometimes it is worthy. He takes patient information through the paper format and also in computerized format in his laptop. I know this doctor by heart. Office staffs have lack of courtesy and unkind for sure. He needs to hire a group of new and wonderful staffs who are genuinely caring. The patient and friend who really loves this doctor and appreciates his care. F.S.

I think the overall experience can be better. Get to know your patients better and the staff need to have more personality with respect to showing they also care about the patients. I am currently seeking another doctor because I just don't feel comfortable with the office environment. I mainly bring my children, but it needs to be more kid friendly also. It seems very dreary everytime I visit and the wait is too long. If my appointment is at 10am, then I prefer not to wait until 10:45am. Just schedule the appointment at times when you are ready. If I was not on time for the appointment I would probably be charged.

Since he moved to his new location his bedside manner has evaporated. He has twice refused to refer me to a specialist. I have had to wait over 1.5 hours to see him 2 times now. His office has no response to my complaints.

Dr. Millus discharged me after I got severely sick, and refused to refer me to a specialist. I am a mother of two boys under 10yr and trusted him. Who can you trust if not your doctor? That should be the one person you can turn to when you are sick.
