Donald T. Norby, DMD
For 30 years, Dr. Donald Norby has been providing children with exceptional comprehensive pediatric dental care. Highly educated, he earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University before attending the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. After obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Dr. Norby completed a pediatric dental residency at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and he is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.  Dr. Norby serves as a part-time assistant clinical professor of Pediatric Dentistry at UAB School of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Norby feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of pediatric dentistry. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the American …Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Alumni. He has also served as the Vice President and President of the Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry from 2000-2004. For his service, he received the Leadership and Service Award.
In his personal life, Dr. Norby is a vintage racecar driver who enjoys playing guitar, hunting and boating with his daughters.
