Dr. Donald Craig Pompan, MD

I wish that I read Dr. Pompan's reviews before actually giving this excuse for a doctor such an exorbitant deductible. He puts little effort into diagnosing any sort of problem, Salinas Valley Imaging Center didn't sent him records and he didn't have the time to have them sent over so he told me that nothing was wrong without even touching or looking at me, basically he looks at how flexible you are and then sends you on your way. I could hear him insulting the patient he saw before me about how weak their back muscles were, and so could anyone else in the clinic because of how obnoxiously loud and arrogant he was being. If I were a patient thinking about seeing Dr. Pompan, I would avoid the waste of time and "just do some stretches at home or find a chiropractor", that's all he would recommend anyways.

Arrogant, aggressive tone, condescending when responding to questions, insinuated that patients were exaggerating their injuries making me question his loyalty to his patients (or rather to the payors), spoke poorly about his colleagues when asked for a referral for a second opinion and alternative medicine
