Dr. Donald Alan Weimer, MD

Had a partial knee replace in Jan 2018. Woke up in the recovery room with my lower back and hip on fire. Burned so bad. Long story short, he must have pulled and pushed on my knee in surgery that he pinched a nerve and caused a bulging disc in my spine. Went through months of HORRIBLE pain. He blew me off, made excuses and got angry when I told him what he did. I went to Barnes hospital to finally get help.They told me that's probably what happened in the OR. I can't believe he treated me so poorly. I really liked him and have been seeing him for years. Makes me sad that he can't admit that he caused this pain! Barnes for now on!

I have thought about Donald Weimer every day for the past five years. In 2013 I fell and broke my right leg (femur) during an ice storm and was taken to Memorial Hospital Emergency where Weimer did the "repair". My right leg is about one inch shorter then it was before my fall and his repair. That throws my hips and spine out of alignment, making any extended standing or walking painful. Weimer has since moved to St. Elizabeth's. His new office says they have no record of this in their system.
