Dr. Donald Welsh joined Commonwealth ENT in 1981. Originally a Midwesterner, his training had taken him from his roots in Indiana to the surgical challenges of residency in New York. Upon completion of his surgical training he joined Dr. Morris in Louisville. His concern for patient welfare and expert clinical judgment have kept his services in demand ever since. His practice has incorporated everyone from infants to the elderly with all aspects of ear, nose and throat disorders. He and his wife, Pat, have made a home for themselves in Kentucky where they have raised two children.

Dr. Welsh took the time to explain a sinus procedure to me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

This was my second appointment with Dr. Welsh and it was as pleasant as the first. He's very thorough, professional, and nice all the while being very efficient. I trust him and I'll keep going back.

I had a great first experience and follow up with Dr. Welsh. He was attentive, he asked questions, listened to the answers, explained things very well, made sure you understood them and was kind. I never had to wait long for my appointment. Very punctual, very courteous. The staff are awesome!
