Dr. Donald Claude Young, MD

Dr. Young has been my MD for years now and I have been pleased with how he has helped me manage my health care.

I am actually online looking for an email address to email them the request from my cardiologist for test results, since I cannot call them. I have NEVER had a doctor who's office NEVER answers the phone! And if they do, "Front desk" will put you on hold without asking and come back 20 mins later, if you don't hang up first. "Nurses station" goes straight to an answering machine and they don't return calls. If they do they are rude and hurried as if you have done something to them by calling in the middle of THEIR day. In office, the lil nursing students take the vitals and rush out to speak with the doctor who I did not see until he came in when I was about to leave. The 2nd visit he did not even bother to come into the exam room. The waiting room is an experience as well. They have a sign on the window asking that you not knock on the window for service, instead wait till they happen to open it, and that is mostly to get your copay. When the window IS opened you see alto of… young MA's sitting at computers (doing WHAT?) scrolling on their phones. And you wonder why you had to sit in the waiting room 15 mins before your presence is acknowledged? why you had to call repeatedly only to go straight to a voice mail system, leave a message that is never returned? I'm sorry but I'm used to much more attention, a much more soothing bedside manner. I will be looking for another primary physician.

His office staff is the worst.

Was able to schedule an appointment on very short notice. Staff was very helpful and understanding. The Doctor spent allot of time listening and explaining. Pleased and comfortable

DOES NOT HAVE A GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER. HE IS AN ABRUPT AND ANGRY INDIVIDUAL.
