I have been going to Dr. Gucci for about 15 years. I love having him as my Dr. and have no complaints at all. He is conscientious, friendly and smart.

I found Dr. Ricci cruel, incompetent and unreliable. My surgeon in NY requested a Esophageal Manometry and Bravo PH Monitoring. I asked him what the results of the test were and he said"since I'm not doing the surgery I don't need to tell you." Then I asked him to sign off so I wouldn't need another cartogram to save both myself and the insurance company money he refused and said "I have fulfilled my obligation". Again I was very ill after the test and was not able to eat till after the surgery. Dr. Ricci asked me for the surgeons fax number for the 4th time. He had forgotten that he did the esophageal Manometry and I asked if we needed to go to the Borland Groover clinic to get the results of that test. He said he would have those results at the hospital. I asked him 5 times what time he wanted my husband to meet him at the hospital before I got an answer. He told me 9:30. Dr. Ricci called my house and asked me where my husband was at 8:30AM.

Dr Ricci is one of the best i have been to. coming from New England i am used to great educated Dr's . and Dr. Ricci is one of them. very competent and compassionate. great staff and office. always a pleasure to see him. looks out for you and will always do whats best for you.

DR. RICCI IS AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALAND CARING PHYSICIAN. HE KNOWS HIS FIELD, IS EXTREMELY ACCURATE IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT. HE SPENDS ENOUGH TIME, FOLLOWS UP AND IS ADMIRED BY HIS COLLEAGUES. WE HAVE BEEN PATIENTS (LIKE FAMILY) FOR OVER TEN YEARS. HIS PROTOCOL IS SUPERIOR TO MY PREVIOUS DOCTORS. MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH DO NOT HESITATE TO REFER HIM, HE IS GENUINE AND SINCERE.WE WOULDN'T TRADE HIM.DR. RICCI'S STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND EFFICIENT.
