Dr. Dong Chul Park, MD

Absolutely the best neurologist in the world. I came to him after suffering for several years w daily intense excruciating migraines and profuse vomiting. Absolutely unbearable. I finally found him he has saved my life. I thought I was going to die. Instead of just bringing my migraines down 50% he has gotten them down to 80% or more from attacks . I now only get Hormonal pms.men’s teal ones and they are still horrific but fairly well controlled w drugs as good as you can get considering outcome is only 50% less migraines w daily migraine disease like mine. I’m so impressed and so reliant on him, that I’m afraid to move out of the area. He keeps me sane from the agony of it and it’s much less. I mean I couldn’t even function without his help . Love his care ??????????

I went to Dr. Dong Parks office to have an MRI done. The administrative staff was incompetent! They lacked people skills and always seemed uninformed. Dr. Dong Parks was very unprofessional and lacked concern for my medical condition. It was difficult to communicate with him. I was very disappointed in the service that i received, especially when he came highly recommended by a prior patient. Follow your instinct, if you feel he's not the doctor for HE isn't! Be very careful who you allow to treat you.

The appointment and initial visit went well. Dr Park did explain the preliminary finding and documented them. The administrative support staff was not helpful in resolving a coding issue with the EMG. I followed up 4 times and confirmed it was faxed, along with it being online. They refused to follow up. Instead of getting poor administrative support, I plan on going to another specialist whose staff is more in tuned to assisting potential patients. This is no hit on the doctor. It is all on the support staff.

Would not recommend Dr Park to anyone. I went to him out of desperation for a medical condition I have had for years, and he thought that mocking me would be the best approach. Not to mention the receptionist swore so loudly while I waited (very unprofessional)and the office he met me in was trashed. He let me go on and on about the details then told me there was pretty much nothing he could do. He also rushed me out of his office very quickly. He does not seem to care whatsoever for his patients. I called him back a month later as he requested and he once again was very mocking in his approach. He then kept asking me: "why don't you just tell me what you want". I finally said "you're the professional, what would you recommend?"

Dr. Dong did not take my symptoms seriously nor did he listen to me . What makes a good Dr Is a Dr that listens to patients.
