I'm looking at these reviews, and I see that the experiences are similar. If you're looking for a Neurologist whom exhibits COMPASSION, DECENT BEDSIDE MANNERS, AND STAYS ATTENTIVE TOWARDS YOUR NEEDS, please seek this Physician elsewhere. Dr. Wang has the bedside manners of a MULE. He doesn't comprehend well, when you're explaining how your disease has worsened. He constantly cuts you off, while you're talking about something that's very important. He's a big liar and cannot be trusted. It's LOGICAL COMMON SENSE that when a patient is battling a chronic disease, with no cure, you're suppose to do everything in your power, to accommodate the patients needs. When a patient is sick and they're going through a hardship, what affects them physically, will also affect them emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Not once has this Doctor been compassionate to say that I understand that there isn't a cure, but if there is anything that I need, he will do his best to accommodate me. HE NEVER… DID!!! Anything that I needed such as a referral to see another Doctor, or medical forms signed, he always made excuses and was very dismissive about it. Until this day, he still hasn't signed pertinent documents that I've needed. He would always put the responsibility on another Doctor. It's stupid to imply that when you're the Doctor that's treating me for my primary condition. I was already instructed by other Doctors, that my Neurologist has to sign the documents. Dr. Wang isn't very knowledgeable about how certain diseases can worsen, causing further complications. I explained to him how I was having pain in my eyelids and could the pain come from my Ptosis. His STUPID response was, "Could it be my Allergies?" Seriously! I had to seek help from another Doctor and it ended up being something serious, pertaining to my primary condition. I would loathe coming to see him, in which no patient should have to feel this way. He lacks communication and he doesn't listen very well. I felt the need to speak with the manager of the office only out of concern, because it pertained to my care. I'm the patient, so therefore, if my needs are not being met from this Doctor, I have a right to express any concerns pertaining to my care. I just spoke with the Julie(Office Manager). She was highly unprofessional and rude, and she hung the phone up on me. Is that a way to treat someone whom is chronically ill? You're not supposed to argue with a patient for it will exacerbate their symptoms. I guess she received her skills from Burger King High. Through all that raising her voice, and over talking me, the issues were never resolved. I was already switching Doctors anyway. I just wanted to see how things were going to go, once I spoke with the manager. But since the manager was a blithering idiot, I would not trust my health in the care of people, whom can't utilize INTELLIGENCE, to resolve issues accordingly. I wouldn't trust them to treat my dog! I see why the office lacks leadership. With the both of them together, they're like two halves, of a WHOLE BEHIND. THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK, REPRESENTS THE QUALITY OF YOUR CHARACTER!!!!!! If you treat and talk to your patients like that, that's how you talk to your Husband, Friends, and Family. I explained everything to her in full details, about how my needs aren't being met. It was only out of constructive criticism, for him to change. After explaining everything, Julie continued to be ignorant by over talking me, not even allowing me to finish my sentences. This was taught in grade school under respect/communication. People have complained about her over talking them, too, just like other patients have complained about Dr. Wang's bedside manners. This is why 50 other patients have left his office, never came back, and why many of his EMPLOYEES HAVE QUIT, TOO. I'm so glad that I'm able to move forward to a new environment, where I am valued as a patient, and my needs will be me.
