This doctor completely misdiagnosed my husband's condition and subjected him to several entirely unnecessary and painful procedures after a cursory examination. I would strongly advise you not to use her.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Donna-Ann Thomas for a couple of years now. I find her highly professional and intelligent. She keeps abreast of developments in medicine and pain management. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens, she's honest, and she will take the time to explain anything you want to know. She works with her staff and patients in a kind, no-nonsense way. She makes her patients feel comfortable, and will work with them. A straight shooter. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

being a patient of her has been a good experience . she listens and is always willing to work with you . so far i have had great results dealing with her . and she seems to know alot about cprs which is the condition i have .

Dr Thomas is a wonderful caring doctor and cannot come more highly recommended for the treatment of RSD/CRPS. There are other doctors in Syracuse that 'claim' to treat this illness but they have 8-4 office hours, long lunch breaks, unreturned calls and NO after hour doctor to return calls on weekends or evenings.Dr Thomas is always available and always willing to work with you to help manage your pain.
