In today's world, we all want a quick fix. So, when you have been to doctor after doctor with the same symptoms and had what you feel is every test known to man, the last thing you want to hear is that you need more tests at yet another hospital. I'm assuming that not too many people outside of CO are going to National Jewish for run of the mill health issues any doctor can treat. There is a saying when you hear hoofbeats think horses not zebras. My doctors heard horses. Dr.Bratton not only heard the zebras but also managed to coral them for the first time in my life! She's patient, thorough, and has an understanding of inflammatory processes most of us will never be able to understand.

Dr. Bratton was very rude to me and my child during our last visit. We had a consultation with her and and she began accusing us of making false statements of my child's past anaphylaxis attacks. The consultation was to receive her recommendations on the care of my child while at camp and Dr. Bratton got agitated with us and stated we were asking her to perform malpractice!!!! What? She was so mean and not making any sense and she stated that we needed to check my child into National Jewish Hospital for 10 days and do food challenges to pinpoint my childs exact allergies. What? The whole appointment was total nonsense and all she wanted was more money from us. From a consultation to being hospitalized for 10 days was so outrageous and vile!! We will never ever go to National Jewish again.
