Dr. Donna L Brown, DO

I was seem by Dr. Brown in the Emergency Room at Eaton Rapids Hospital. She was thorough and caring. I was not released until she found a reason for my pain and symptoms that were very scary to me. She explained everything to me and gave me excellent comprehensive care which is rare in medicine theses days.

Very, very insensitive, I have never been treated so badly in my life. Trying to be proactive with a surgical site on a weekend that looked infected and smelled bad. She was very short, asked why I would go out of state for surgery/ seeing a specialist about miscarriage and had procedure done to help diagnose underlying conditions. Already a really hard reality and then to be treated like garbage. But I did get what I came for antibiotics.

Dr Brown was my Dr at U of M hospital in Michigan. I searched to contact Dr Brown through the internet when I could not reach her at U of M I found her on this site. Under Dr Brown's care on that ER visit I was given extensive tests, scans and time with her over the next many hours which led to me finally receiving a diagnosis that I had not through at least 3 past episodes. If I had not been under her care that night I would have continued unaware with a life threatening condition. I hope to find her and thank her personally but if you happen to be in her ER and read this please tell her I believe she was on that night to save my life.

she was good to me a caring like no other dr. i have seen. If youâ??re looking for a bunch of drugs she not your dr but if you looking to find out what wrong and get help like me than she is the right one. She asked a lot of questions right away and that tells me she is trying to figure out what going onâ?¦ Dr. Brown looked at my back and than worked on it and gave me med to get by and then sent me to the right dr. to get a MRI. She truly loves what she does you can tell.. and you can tell by the way respect and listens to me. I wish she had her own office so I could see as my Primary DR.

Saw her at Eaton Rapids Emergency with a back injury. I was in such pain, I could barely walk. When she came in, she was so unkempt and frumpy, I thought she was a janitor (apologies to janitors). She asked me a few questions. Did not look at the chart or the info the intake nurse had so carefully gathered. Ordered 3 shots in the butt and left. I thought she must be going to come back with the shots but that was it. Did not have me sit up or get up -- no exam. Expected me to return to work the following day. What a joke!
