Dr. Donna Jean Brown, MD

Front Desk was just plain rude. First woman not helpful. I then spoke to Office Manager, Stacey. She was dismissive and condescending. She actually hung up on me before pur first visit. I asked to please have Dr. Donna Brown call me and she kept rudely saying "why, why". I live in an area where we often trade Dr's. names and I will not be recommending her. I am still hoping Dr. will want to know about her rude office manager. I am a very nice person and nobody should speak to anyone that way. Especially the front desk!!!

Awful office nabager, Stacy. Condescending and rude. I asked her to have Dr. Donna Brown please call me and she hung up on me. I was to go on for my 1st app't. So I would think they would care enough to call back. No one ever did. That shows ne lack of patient care. I have never had anyone hang up on me. She had my phone number. Do not recommend!!

I had a terrible experience with the doctor, no listening skills and she doesn't give any attention to my concern. bad behavior and patient care

Went to see Dr Brown with a serious sprain and she was able to treat it with exceptional care

Just trying to read reviews and I'm being forced to give review-haven't seen this doctor.
