Dr. Donna Carncross, PTA

Donna Carncross, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at MSU Health Care Physical & Occupational Therapy. She received her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science-Physical Therapist Assistant from Kellogg Community College in 1988.
Donna was awarded National Recognition by the American Physical Therapy Association of Advanced Proficiency in the concentration of education and skill in the musculoskeletal area of Physical Therapy.
Here at Michigan State University, Donna completed classes in the specialty of Kinesiology, then pioneered clinical teaching with MSU Kinesiology senior interns and MSU student volunteers.
In 1997, Donna was instrumental in the development and launch of the Physical Therapy Department at the Origami Rehabilitation Facility for residential and outpatient therapy programs.
Donna is certified in Graston Techniques, Personalized Blood Flow Restriction through Owens Recovery Science, and Gary Gray Chain Reaction/3D Maps. She has a strong background in …cardiopulmonary, neuro, spinal, and post-op orthopedics.
Currently, her focus is on post-operative care of shoulder diagnoses, total joint replacements of shoulders, knees, and hips, as well as neck pathologies.
