Donna Clement has been an irreplaceable asset to our family, and we are deeply saddened to see her retire from her position. Throughout the years, our family has been committed to serving our community through foster care, often caring for children and youth with complex needs and challenging circumstances. This work can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with unique demands that require guidance, advocacy, and unwavering support.Donna has been far more than a professional resource-she has been a trusted guide, advocate, and partner throughout our journey. Her knowledge, compassion, dedication, and steady presence have helped us navigate some of the most difficult situations we have encountered. Time and again, she has gone above and beyond to ensure that the children in our care, as well as our family, had the support and resources needed to succeed.Quite simply, we would not have thrived as we have without Donna's encouragement, expertise, and commitment. The impact she has… made on our family and on the countless lives she has touched through her work cannot be emphasized enough. While we are excited for her as she begins this well-deserved retirement, her absence will be profoundly felt. Donna is truly irreplaceable, and we will always be grateful for the difference she has made in our lives.
