Dr. Eng was very professional, compassionate & she put my daughter's anxieties to rest very quickly. She managed to make both of us feel heard and addressed any concerns we had. She gave off a feeling of comfort, very down to earth while being very competent. When our results came in, Dr. Eng was the person who called to explain them and answered any subsequent questions, which was a pleasant surprise - I expected a nurse or MA would be the one to call.
