I was a patient for a number of years and even respected this monster highly at it's highest point. Then after secretly giving and receiving my personal medical information; was then given false twisted unproven character misleading advice to adjust her attitude to a point of not only refusing me medical treatment by her but this so called physician by an oath; which means nothing for her and the State Attorneys Office. Donna A Goldman then maliciously and with clear malice spread her miasma to every medical avenues of James A Haley Hospital. I was ignored when I attempted to ask for a bereavement class, I was ignored when I sought out the Whole Health mentor class, transportation refused to pick me up for appointments to date. My diabetes machine information has not been requested nor my sleep respiratory diagnosis chips. Don't feel that I'm taking this personally; my life has no direct effect on Donna A Goldman's actions. This behavior was there to do in her brain and if Donna A… Goldman has been exposed in this case; What has and will do again? And don't think that I expect you to go against your own truly, it's what you do. Protect the front lines even your oaths mean nothing across the board;" Nothing "! The White coats, black robes, badges and uniforms are just so much shadows and glass with an oath for deniability.
