DR.Donna is a very CARING Empathetic DR.Always willing to give u the time needed, sometimes why she gets behind.I would totally recommend her!

She is a very sweet doctor but she schedules you an appointment and you show up for your appointment and there is nobody at the office. No phone call!

Dr Hill has been very thorough with my serious case of severe depression and PTSD! Shes caring and thorough! As a former paramedic I have knowledge of good and bad doctors! It is not her fault for leaving Bishop Creek it was the STAFF that was incompetent! She really cares about her patients!

Put my sister on Paxil and Resperidal which she faithfully took for years despite horrendous side effects. It made her extremely moody and depressed. The good news: she no longer takes these meds and has learned valuable coping skills for her illness. She is SO SO much better. This doctor as many others just throws big pharmaceutical company meds at the problem......and did not address it when they did not work

About the few doctors that will actually take time to listen to you. In crisis she doesn't kick you out just because your time is up which puts her running late some times. Has had to cancel at the last minute quite a bit in past year due to health issues, but refills meds till she can get you rescheduled.

Very unprofessional. Cancels appointments at last moment, sometimes without calls. Have had multiple appointments rescheduled. Call office and can not get through, leave message and no return calls. You have to drop by office because you can not get ahold of office to reschedule or to get refills of prescriptions. Now my girl friend now sees her because the doc in same building retired. She has had two office visits and 4 cancellations.
