Dr. Donna Madayag Hufana, MD

My wife and I made the mistake of getting Donna for a primary. She was very rude first visit but we thought maybe she is having a bad day. Nope! second visit very, very rude and she demands her own way and will not listen. On the 5th time telling her no already had that test 5 times and I wont do it again you said I could get the MRI the surgeon said I needed. She lied and would not listen so after telling her five times I said you just will not even listen nor do you keep your word, Your Fired!!! My wife fired her to because she is very rude and made her feel uncomfortable. What happen to doctors helping communicating hearing the patent. Save your self time and pick another doctor Donna needs to retire like yesterday .

I saw her for about 5 months at the Kaiser Antioch Medical Center until she left. I agree with the other reviews completely about her being rude, condescending, and arrogant. She would not really listen to me and undermined anything I would have to say. I felt like she lacked any compassion and so suspected whether her diagnoses were accurate as a result.

Dr Hufana has been my primary care physician for 2 years, I am a complicated case with multiple active disorders. She is very caring and attentive to my needs and has advised me well.

She was my doctor for over a year and I just cannot stand her anymore. She is rude and extremely condescending. Holds meds hostage and literally harassed me about my weight and diabetes. I got embarrassed to go to appointments so I stopped. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hufana had no time to answer questions, or discuss issues. she does not care about anything you have to say.write her a email, she ignores it. Make a phone appt. she cancels it or calls you an hour later. Then says you missed apt? I have seen veterinarians with better communication skills!

Great doctor.

She doesn't listen. Out of the room before you have a chance to question.
