Dr. Donna A Johnson, MD

All three of my children have been patients of Dr. Johnson since birth. My oldest is 19 and my youngest is 12. When my oldest turned 18 she hated having to leave Dr. Johnson. I have seen Dr. Johnson do everything she can and go above and beyond to diagnose my kids and to ensure there wasn't anything more serious going on. As for the staff, Trish, who is unfortunately not longer with Dr. Johnson, was awesome. I never ever heard her be rude to anyone. As for the front receptionist now.... Well let's just say she's not Trish. Not near as efficient or as cordial. I would and have recommend Dr. Johnson to family and friends

The lady at the front is out of control. She is so incredibly rude and the doctor never does anything about it. I have even heard her yelling at people over their bills and trash talking parents who called with questions. We only saw the doctor a handful of times and she made my child feel very defensive, The final straw came when she grabbed my child and asked if she needed a spanking. I had to physically stand between her and my daughter. The nurses were overly aggressive when giving my child shots and she had the worst bruising ever! My child has never had a violent outburst like the one she had when this doctor grabbed her and is only 4..she reacted to feeling threatened yet the Dr proceeded to tell me that she thinks my daughter is bipolar. She was the only crazy one in the room that day!

I've been using Dr Johnson for 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. I've seen a bunch of comments on her receptionist Trish being rude but I've never had a problem and they have always worked me in.

Wonderful staff!!! I have been to many doctors offices for my children and myself and have never seen such awesome staff. Trish has been there a long time and love her ! I see some of other reviews about her being rude but that could not be farther from the truth. Some patients may get mad at her but she is also the main one collecting money and talking to people about their bill. This does not always make the patient happy. I have noticed changes in the office lately and lots of turn over.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Johnson's since birth and she is now 17. She is not looking forward to having to go to someone else when she turns 18. Dr. Johnson is an awesome person as well as a doctor. She takes her time with her patients. She has always had an excellent bedside manner with them. I, too, am going to miss seeing her.

Donna Is a very wonderful Doctor, we have been seeing her for quite sometime, Her staff is always so friendly and reassuring.I just love her little tiny nurse that she has who is always there with a smile on her face, my kids love her, it really makes a difference when you can tell people enjoy their job and actually care for my family i think that is a very rare quality. I would recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for a great doctor!!!

Dr. Johnson is a wonderful doctor, but you have to put up with the main receptionist who does not follow that example. The MAIN receptionist is rude and mean, she has been with the doctor for a long time (16 years my experience). She will bad mouth clients in front of other clients waiting to be seen in the office. Does not care who hears. But the doctor ALLOWS this behavior. If you want to see Dr Johnson just know you have to put up with the MAIN receptionist.

Dr. Johnson is an incredible Doctor. It's unfortunate that she has such a horrible staff. She has one that has been with her for 15 years who is rude and mean to her clients. I have heard this employee bad mouth clients in front of other clients waiting to be seen. Very Sad that the Doctor allows this to happen.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Johnson for 7 years. I like her, but Trish the receptionist is rude. She discusses other patients right in front of you, and she's very dismissive. The final straw was recently when i called the nurses line twice and Trish called me back and not the nurse, she said that my son needed to be seen but they can't see him. So they scared me and made me upset then said "but we can't help you". The worse part though is that every single office visit i have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to be taken back to the room and then another 30 minutes until the doctor comes in. 5 years ago it wasn't like this, but it is now. Very dissapointed.

She has been seeing my children since they were 3 and 5, 10 years now. She is amazing, caring, insightful, helpful, and doesn't mess around when it comes to caring for your child. She knows my children personally, remembers what they do in school, the instruments they play, and all of their interests. She is like part of our family. She is even helping my daughter who wants to be a pediatric surgeon, answering her questions, and letting her shadow her to get an edge in the medical field at the age of 12 :) WE LOVE DR. JOHNSON
