Debilitating back and neck pain and looking for options other than surgery. Called office regarding referral my PCP sent - no professional phone geeeting, just “hello”? When I clarified correct number and this was Dr office receptionist was more concerned about the fact that the call appeared to be coming in from out of state. I explained we are retired military and it is my cell phone -still NOT helpful. Seriously? Why would this even be a concern? Told me she ‘wasnt sure the Dr would even take the referral from a Dr she doesn’t know’ and told me I needed to go back to my PCP. She was rude and insensitive and literally treated me as though I was somehow suspect for calling and seeking help. Totally unprofessional.

Excellent doctor! She is very knowledgeable, extremely caring and spends time with patients and their families that few doctors do these days. She's wonderful.

You couldn't ask for a better pain management physician.

Seemed very well versed in the field of diagnosing source of pain. Bedside manner was very caring and concerned.
