excellent, kind, caring!!!!

Usually whenever you go and see a woman physician no other person has to be in a room, which is more comfortable for the patient. The last two times I went to her she brought someone in with her without asking me first so they could "observe" I guess. This was uncomfortable for me. Another time the nurse started explaining how I should disrobe while my door was opened and a man was in the hallway for some reason listening and staring right at me...I was so embarrassed. Then, she had a P.A. that I went to once...to give it another try. She made me feel really uncomfortable and I found out less than a year later she was fired. And...I had a bill which I did not receive because I had moved. I got a call from a lady at her office stating she did the billing. I told her I had not received the bill and wanted to see it first because I had insurance which should have covered that. This lady screamed at me...literally screamed like one of the old day bill collectors. I hung up and she kept… calling back...after three times I left the phone off the hook. Needless to say, I went to this practice for about four years giving it many chances....I will never return.

Dr. Nall is a SUPER doctor. I have known her for many years and found her to be consistent, competent, and superior in her field. She is excellent to talk with, and insists on the best care for her patients. I highly recommend her to others.
