Donna is the best, makes you feel comfortable talking about anything. Very knowledgeable and gentle with explaining things to you.

Dr. Prill is amazing! She listens - and has resolved many issues I was never diagnosed with before. She is a godsend!

Dr. Prill is a very nice and caring doctor, if you can get in to see her and not a PA. Once I saw her for my initial visit, I never saw her again - only the PAs in her office. The front desk staff is awful - just miserable. I actually left this practice because of the way I was treated by her when I had an insurance issue. When I called and asked to speak to Dr. Prill about it, I not surprisingly did not receive a call back. In theory what Dr. Prill stands for is great - a true family doctor. In practice, it is not as apparent.

when I go to see Dr Prill,that is all I care about, The staff is a care,but I fine in life sometimes we all have a bad day,and if at anytime you feel like speaking your mine you should,I told Dr Prill I was upset about calling her office and speaking to uncaring people, is not what I needed at the time;The Dr was very understanding and told me at anytime I can speak to her direct.So I say to all who care DR.PRILL is the most confident trusting DR I have come across." yesterday is gone, today is here,and tomorrow may never come".

I appreciate the compassionate care I received from Dr. Prill, her PA, her nurse Christine and her staff. They helped aly worries about an illness my husband was going through while taking care of my health issues at the same time. This is truly how a doctors office should be. Thank you all for your great care.

I have been seeing Dr. Prill for years now. But just because of her office staff I am considering finding another doctor. Few people I know already did just that for the same reasons. The staff is unfriendly, I guess when you call a doctor's office something is wrong you don't want to deal with unpleasant people on top of what's going on in your life at this point.

The Dr and her nurse are fine - but her other staff (front desk) are extremely rude, unfriendly, and frankly very unprofessional. I was warned about that before I went, and I found that everything people told me was true true. If have to deal with them regarding my health insurance or any other such matters I an a bit nervous about having to work with them. Too bad because she is a good Dr.
