Dr. Donna Lynn Schuster, MD

maybe a good clinician, but she does not listen, interrupted me too many times, went overboard with no real test results ready; poor bedside manners.

My daughter had seen several doctor's trying to find out what was causing her hives. Dr. Schuster was the only doctor that took a detailed history and figured it out.

Shuster was TERRIBLE. She was rude and inconsiderate. I'll never go back.

Just like the other review, she is terrible! One word describes her, Arrogant!

She has many years of experience and was recommended by our pediatrician. We went out of our way to go to her for those reasons. I didn't particularly like her. I agree with other reviews that I felt like she didn't listen. I also can not read her handwriting on any of the instructions she gave which some people might think is just normal doctor handwriting, but it's particularly bad and illegible.

This woman is fixated on her own policies and does not care about the individual patient. She only wants to prove her own hypotheses, and when the skin test doesn't do that, she refutes the accuracy of the skin test. I deeply regret my visit to her office, as she has caused extreme stress for my family. School forms have been filled out incorrectly repeatedly; she insists that a child well under the cut-off be put on an adult epi-pen; she wants to cover her own butt rather than treat the individual. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! While others in the practice were sympathetic to my concerns, she is completely unwilling to budge and she's the boss. STAY AWAY!

Since seeing Dr. Schuster I have not had a sinus infection. She may be a little gruff but she obviously knows what she is doing. The lady who gives me the shots weekly is extremely competent and pleasant. I actually enjoy getting my shots and having 30 minutes of quiet time to read in a comfortable setting.

We have gone to Dr. Schuster because she is one of the best and we are able to question her and she does not get offensive. She is tough! She wants the very best for her patients and that has been what has kept us at this practice. We try very hard to follow what she prescribes and when I mess up she let's me know and I am ok with that. Her nursing staff have always been great. The straw that broke the camels back though has been the front desk. Condescending and intolerant. It has been her first line of contact that has now sent us packing. I work at the front desk in a pediatrics office and I know how tolerant one has to be with parents of sick kids - shame on her front desk.

I have never had a worse experience in a doctor's office. Dr. Schuster does not let you speak. If you do, you are wrong. Or interrupted. She's just another assembly line insurance collector.
