Donna has compassion for her patients and takes the time to do a thorough evaluation before recommending any treatment plan. It's comforting to know she is available and ready to meet your healthcare needs. As far as a great general care physician she is the one to have on your short list.

Now that Dr. Shipley has moved out of the Sparks practice it is MUCH easier to get appointments and the staff could not be nicer or more compassionate!

When asking her about a follow-up MRI months ago, she stated since the clinic went paperless she doesn't know when results are sent back to her. She has said to me and to other patients I know she will literally say, "I don't know what is wrong." She always wants to do blood work but never follows up. If you have a basic ear infection or strep throat, then she is your Dr but if you have Diabetes or something else, forget it. Try elsewhere. Sorry but it is true. Good luck!

Donna is one of hte most caring and exceptional physicians that you could ever want to be involved in your life. She is by far and away the best physician that I have ever had. Her bubbling personality and charm makes her bedside manner not only a natural but personal. She has never treated me as a number or someone to hurry out of her office just to get the next patient in to make a buck.She is genuine and caring.
