I tried to make an appointment and I was told that they do not accept new patients even on the web site says that they accept new patients.

Dr Thackery is a very knowledgable doctor who is upto date with current practices and procedures for babies. She always listens to our concerns about our baby, with patience and understanding. She's very approachable and friendly yet professional. We are extremely happy with the care she gives our baby which is why I've taken the time to write this review. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about her. She never makes us feel rushed or hurried or as though we're asking silly questions or mentioning things of little importance. She's great!

We were referred to Dr. Thackrey in 1998 upon the birth of our youngest child. Our girls have grown up with Dr. Thackrey and our two oldest now bring their children to her. She is exceptional with babies. Dr. Thackrey has always made our children feel comfortable and has included them in her diagnosis and treatment plan. You just can't ask for a better pediatrician.

I've been taking my kids to see Dr. Thackrey since we moved to St. Charles four years ago, and have been so happy with her. I love how she talks to my kids instead of just to me. She is knowledgeable and keeps up with current research which is very important to us. Dr. Thackrey is also very caring and my kids love her. We are so glad to have found her.

Dr. Thackrey is an outstanding pediatrician, especially with special needs children! She's extremely responsive, takes what a parent says about their child seriously and genuinely cares for her patients. Anytime I hear someone looking for a new pediatrician, I send them her way. In fact, I've had several of my son's specialists refer their patients to her as well!
