Playing nonstop “Black Health Matters” video on reception room television. I felt excluded. Totally unprofessional.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Wyatt since changing to her about a year and a half ago. She has the best bedside manner for a doctor that I have ever experienced. She always listens to you and unfailingly offers a caring smile. I have also had to use the nurse practitioner there and she is top notch as well. I highly recommend Dr. Wyatt.

Dr. Wyatt really cares for her patients and takes time to listen to them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.

I established myself with this doctor because they said they could almost certainly fit me in for an emergency appt if i was sick. Now I am sick and they cant fit me in " till next week". The person answering the phone did not sound professional, I wasnt even certain I had reached the doctors office. She sounded like someone's relative answering the phone at home and did not offer to even schedule anything even for next week or even ask me what my illness was.

I was going to be new to this doctor I picked her because she was so close to home. I am wheel chair disabled they lost my appt after waiting a month, took me 25 min to just get on phone the recep would not answer about how long ofc visits took? since I cant be waiting around for hrs. I asked 30 min? 1 hr ? she kept being evasive. I immediately changed PCP since obviously this md has no control over her office.

The staff at this clinic was great. I was very impressed with the time and caring manner Dr M shared with me.I was not rushed at all. She took every question & answer from me & assessed my problems. I accepted a Rx adjustment from her & I have felt better in the past month than I have in over 2 yrs I feel happy to have her for my Dr. I will happily continue at her practice.
