I had seen Dr. Williams for about one year. I am a breast cancer survivor and take anxiety medication (that Dr. William prescribes to me ) on "occasion" for oncology visits and well as for scan anxiety and waiting on results. Dr. Williams without my knowledge, consent or with out prior discussion , decided to do an entire drug panel test on me. When I saw the results of my physical bloodwork/urinalysis, I was shocked, bewildered and appalled esp since I don't even drink alcohol and live a healthy lifestyle. Needless to say, I am no longer a patient.

I am very disappointed 5hat I will not be able to see Dr. William's again because of my insurance. I have always been very impressed with her and wish her the best.

I have found her to be everything I look for in a family doctor. She listens, she asks, she suggests....and she follows up. She's knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams to anyone seeking a family medicine practitioner.

A pleasant & relaxed experience every time with the doctor and never feeling rushed out the door. Patient and caring. Her staff, as well, pleasant and caring.

Office staff need to be better educated in the types of insurance the doctor accepts so the client isn't inconvenienced. If the doctor is inconvenienced we are charged a fee and made to reschedule. What are the consequences for a doctors office when the client is unnecessarily inconvenienced due to the lack of employee training and/or knowledge?

I find Dr. Williams to be very kind, caring, thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. she does not rush you and listens carefully to waht you have to say. Her suggestions and medical advice is clear and understanable. She evn waits to ask if you have anu questions for her. She is truly in the right of helping people feel better.
