I do NOT how long it takes for someone to pick up the phone. I been holding for 45 minutes just to get a fax number for medical records. It would be so helpful to have it in your voicemail since, you have to wait for so long.

Dr.Batie is a very conscientious doctor.He's concerned about the total person. He's very open-minded to suggestions and ready to make referrals if he sees a need . Sometimes the wait is long but I would prefer to wait for a concerned, caring, very knowlegeable doctor, than.to settle for the opposite. THANK YOU, DR.BATIE and Staff.

Waited forever to see a man who was rude to both the nurses and condescending to patients. Needs to be more of a professional and leave the ego at the door.
