I am very happy with my eye care and the attention they give to my eyes.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER been treated this rudely by ANY professional doctor's office in my life. I tried to set a new patient appointment when I was told my insurance card wasn't valid. No problem, called the insurance office and they fixed it quickly. Called back and the receptionist put a woman on the phone and I was told that due to my age, I needed bifocal contacts...AND I HAVEN'T EVEN SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT YET! I stated "wouldn't you like to perform an actual eye exam and meeting me before diagnosing me over the phone...I may have 20/20 vision." This was met with a "I've done this a long time and I think you need to seek optical services elsewhere" and she hung up on me. Rest assured that ever outlet of social media that I have access to, will see my honest review of your services.
