She joined Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital as faculty in the Neurology department, educating medical students as well as neurology residents. She also attended Neurology clinics at Harlem Hospital, and was the director of the Electromyography Laboratory there before joining as faculty at Hospital for Special Surgery and Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and a fellow of …the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Since 2011, she has been the Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship director at HSS. She is also director of ALSA and MDA clinics at HSS.
