he use to care, now is rude, mocking patients, disrespectful, hateful, and disrespectful towards other doctors diagnosis, raises his voice when you try to talk to him very unprofessional anymore

Doctor is good Staff is horrible and literally USELESS

The doctor is good takes time to explain your issues with you and sends for test or specialist immediately if needed However his staff is rude and incompetent very unorganized they make patients wait for an hour or longer to see the doctor and I’ve literally waited days for a call back after the “worker” at the front desk said she would call me back after lunch to get the issue taken care of They Never answer the phone or call you back when u leave a message and they always mess up the medication they call into the pharmacy or just forget to call 1 or 2 of them in all together. I’m not sure how the doc still has an office with these “ workers”. I’m sure he doesn’t even know the 1:2 if it or how rude they are to his patients. He needs to fire every single person that works in his office and hire professionals. I’ve even seen them roll their eyes behind his back and make snood remarks about him. Ridiculous excuse for an office

If he see you have a real problem or suspects you may have a problem he sends you for tests or to a specialist to get to the root of the problem. He genuinely cares about his patients.The wait time is a little longer then I would like but some times I guess that's how it has to be.

I was having some issues and I called to see him. I got in that morning!! He was concerned and immediately went into action, we did blood work and few other test to find out what was going on. He cared about me from the get go and he explained things very well. I will continue to see him.

The staff is rude and Dr. Rajan is a pill pusher. The nurse refused to take the time to discuss concerns and even though the patient had rapidly declined in a week. We were told he would have to wait 2 weeks.

Dr. Rajan is one of the most caring, loving people I know. He was my mother's doctor and thanks to him, we had a few extra years with her. When she was close to the end, Dr. Rajan informed me that she had lost her fight. While telling me this, tears appeared in his eyes. Takes time to listen. If he can't help you he will refer you to someone he thinks will be able to. In my opinion, Dr. Rajan is one SUPERIOR doctor and friend.
