NORMA, THE MA, IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THE SUPPORT STAFF TELLS YOU ALOT ABOUT THE ENTIRE OFFICE.

Receptionist is so unpleasant. I will be leaving this doctor office because of this. She is so rude and talks down to me every encounter I have with her.

Dr Cataquiz always has time for me and all my questions, I never feel rushed or that my problems are trivial. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cataquiz has been my Dr for over 10 years

Dr. Cataquiz is very compassionate, a good listener, and excellent health care provider. She is not hesitant to send you to a specialist when needed. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Cataquiz is one of the best family physicians i've ever had. She's compassionate, knows her medications and she does a full work up prior to give you a pill to take...love that part about her work ethics of her practice. Dr. Cataquiz 's personality is awesome warm ,easy to talk too, professionalism i grade with an A+. I have recommended a few of my friends to her that was looking for a family Doctor..thank you Dr. Cataquiz.

I am very sad to hear that Amanda will no longer be working in the office. I think it was a big mistakr to let her leave. You should have done more to keep her! The rest of the office staff is incompetent and I fear for the office now.

The receptionist is NOT a very nice person. She definitely does not have customer service skills and is hurting the doctor's business. We will not be back because of her!

I've been going to Dr. Cataquiz for years. She is very caring and understanding. She takes time with her patients. Some times we have to wait a while to be seen but where don't you have to wait? Her assistants are very helpful and very pleasant. The only thing my family has to complain about is the moody receptionist. You never know what you will get when she answers the phone. And good luck getting her to give you an appointment your better off calling and taking to one of the other girls. Unfortunately because she is so unpleasant I think family and I will be finding a new physician. Sorry Dr. Cataquiz!

Dr. Cataquiz is such an amazing doctor. She takes the time needed with her patients and she is very good at what she does. Her Staff in the back office is very good and good with patients. I have seen issues with the receptionist. She is rude and she rolls her eyes while on the phone with people. She really does not have good people skills. All in all I love my doctor and I will refer family and friend! Keep up the good work!!

The treatment I received from the staff was the worst of any doctor I have ever been to. The receptionist really needs to work on her people skills. I was scolded and talked down to like I was a child for asking a simple question. The wait time for an appointment is also ridiculous. I am sick and would like to be seen sometime this month not next! I made an appointment just so I could tell Dr. Cataquiz what a rude staff she has and that I will never be going back to that office.
