Very satisfied with Dr Rice... She spends time getting to know what is going on with me , and we have finally figured out together what meds are do the best for me... I feel so much better and my quality of life has drastically improved...

I can't believe the bellyaching here! I don't visit her for the ambiance or for her decorating skills. (When is there not a wait at a desk office)? She's though, she's kind, and she goes the extra mile for her patients-no matter what race they are.

Dr. Rice has absolutely no respect for her patient s. She's not on time for anything. You're scheduled for a 9am appointment and she doesn't even pull into the parking lot until 945 or 10. Her entire office is cramped dirty and dusty. I'm surprised she hasn't been shut down yet

I like dr. Rice very much she takes her time with you and I like that about a doctor she tries her best to help you and price to get you out of pain from rheumatoid arthritis or just arthritis I would recommend her to my friends and family

Feb.6,18 i was at the maryview emergency room because my potassium was low.feb.12 dr. doris give 9 prescriptions told dr.doris make sure all my 9 prescriptions will be faxes because last time they didn't faxes all my prescriptions I'm missing some of my prescriptions even i told that to the employee staff make sure will be faxes all my 9 prescriptions because last time I'm missing some of my prescriptions and she said don't worry will be faxes all your prescriptions and i places the order for all my medicine to the mail-order and i find out is only 6 prescriptions they received feb.12 that employee staff didn't faxes 3 of my prescriptions and i pay for overnight shipping so i can take all my medications like 30.00 extra for overnight. and i call dr. doris feb.15 told her about the situation 3 of my prescriptions didn't faxes to the mail-order and she said gonna look at my charts and somebody gonna call me and nobody call me so i call feb.19 ,2018 and talk to the new employee staff… and she said i just start her to work same day feb.19 and i talk to dr.doris told her the situation about my prescriptions the employee staff who faxes my all prescriptions didn't send 9 she only faxes 6 prescriptions and dr.dortis told me i was harassing the employee staff there all i want is to be faxes 3 of my prescriptions to the mail order and dr.doris told don't want to deal with me anymore look for another doctor and i said i need my 3 prescriptions first i was at her office 3:00pm she wants to see all my medications list . she they make a copy of my 3 prescriptions and the new employee staff there she faxes 3 of my prescriptions to the mail order feb.19 and been checking if they received already didn't receive at the mail-order i don't think the employee staff there don't know what they doing . patient make sure all your prescriptions will be faxes if you have a mail-order or better just mail the prescriptions to yourself because she will give you hard time for your prescriptions . very unhappy with this doctor . not recommend to friend or family.

My first visit was good. Wait time was long, but she spent an hour with me, so I felt the wait was worth it. She was informative. I went for a follow up visit like she asked me to do. She had me go for an eye exam to start a medication. It took several weeks of the eye dr sending the results to get a response about the medication. Her staff kept saying they didn't receive it, so they'd send it again. I had some questions and requested that dr rice call me for weeks, she never called me, me medication was never called in either. Finally my husband took over. He got dr rice on the phone and she said "I will not see your wife, I do not support affirmative action". My husband asked her about what that meant, that she wouldn't see me because I am white (she is black), and she repeated the same phrase and hung up. He called back and requested my records and said we'd be sending a request form. She said she'd deny me my records. I know the law on records request, so I told her how many days… she had before I filed a complaint with the board to get my records. My records were finally received, but with inaccurate information. Messages that I had left were all wrong. Things I had said during the 2 appointments were wrong (I had someone with me during both who also knew what was said). Since then, my file has been lost. No doctors office has been able to get a copy of my records. With the piles of papers and charts she has in her nasty office, I'm not surprised... I'd hate to think she tossed my chart.

Wait time is long (over an hour), office is unclean and cluttered, physician and staff do not prepare for appointments by obtaining results, did not explain treatments/details of diagnosis.
