Dr. Doris Huijian Zhong, MD

Dr Zhong is a horrible, uncaring, doctor. I have been seen at Concentra on 4 different occasions and never had a experience with a medical doctor like I experienced today. She did not even take time enough to hear out our conditions. We were not even given the courtesy or respect to find out why we were sent in be seen at the clinic today. We were cut off spoken down to and treated like a inconvenience. Due to our work comp situation we had to be seen at her clinic to be referred to specialist. Simple professional courtesy and compassion for people that are struggling through the maze of a work injury was the minimum we deserved and did not even get that. Instead we were made to feel like liars and not even given time to express what we needed to have accomplished. Simply put we were treated as a inconvenience despite her professional obligation to offer compassionate care. My wife has suffered a Brain injury and did not need to be exposed to more unneeded stress. Thanks to office… staff we were able to get the minimum amount of information to hopefully get the care from the specialist she truly needs.
