I had an appointment today and I was late for 5 minutes because the didn't give me the correct address and clinic information.. they said that the doctor can't take me because she's busy and I have to reschedule again Very rude people working with her won't recommend her at all

My mother had an appointment with Dr. Yang for the first time, for ear cleaning. Dr. Yang did a thourough exam and spotted an abnormal lump on the side of my mother’s nose and told us it looked like a skin cancer. My mother had this lump for many years and no other ENT or doctors recommended the biopsy. Surely, the biopsy came back basal cell cancer. She referred us to a MOH surgeon to remove the cancer, and then we returned to Dr. Yang to close the wound. We are grateful that she caught this skin cancer and did a beautiful job closing the wound. Definitely recommending her to my friends and family.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Yang. I found her to be very professional and eloquent. I've been a nurse for over 30 years, specifically working with surgeons, and found her patience to be refreshing. I look forward to continuing the relationship. R. Russell.

Dr Yang took out my son's tonsils. She was very personable and unrushed in both the pre-op visit and several post-op visits. She was very patient with my many questions and explained everything thoroughly.

I have been a patient with Dr. Yang for 2 years. Very knowledgable of a rare disease...quick, accurate diagnosis, good/appropriate treatment plans and does well coordinating my ongoing care with other specialists in other hospital systems. Her quick diagnosis was a blessing - treatments were started early limiting.the possibility of additional health issues. One of the specialists from a different hospital system complimented Dr Yang's quick diagnosis because it is frequently missed. I would certainly recommend Dr. Yang to family and friends - I am glad she is involved with my ongoing care.

I did not have to wait long in the waiting room which is always a plus. Dr. Yang worked with me to get rid of a chronic sinus infection that I had for a long time.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Yang for our ENT problems. We had seen other ENT before, but decided to stay with her because of her careful exam and detailed explanation of our problems. She did not rush us into surgery and recommended medical treatment first. Our sinus problems got better with medicine and we did not need the sinus surgery recommended by other ENT. We are both very happy with her care, and recommended her to our relatives and neighbors.

Dr. Yang did not listen to my concerns today. She basically went off of a checklist that she had and did check marks. She didn't explain anything in detail to me and wouldn't listen to what I have been experiencing the last few years. She contributed my re-occurring sinus infections to having a child at home. This is my 3rd child, not my 1st. 5 sinus infections in 5 months doesn't seem normal to me. I was dismissed and am over the top dissatisfied. Oh, to top of it I have Acid Reflux? How, when, why? I've never been told this and never had any symptoms of this. That's another thing she failed to explain. She told me weight loss would be in my best interest. I'm 5'2 and 150lbs. I just had a baby and am NOT severely overweight. It was embarrassing to have someone say that without explaining anything in further detail. Today was a waste of my time. I basically went looking for answers and received more band aids. If I could give this clinic a zero rating I would.

Horrible bedside manners has no cern to patient and patients needs. Performs surgeries and removes things that were never consented for.

I went and should have seen one of the Ronatal family instead. The Doctor said my hearing was great and that I had TMJ and needed no sinus CT scan. Then she called and I called back, never got to talk to her (her PA said she would call me back that day after the office closed) she never did. I did call her answering service and they paged her 2 times and she never called. My husband and I waited to both talk to her. I called this morning and she never got my message from her PA or staff? I just do not get that office and that is bad. She insisted on a CT scan and gave no reason why to have it. It was her way or the highway. We recorded the visit on my phone and she stated NO CT scan insisting on TMJ was the problem as she had it. SO, I am going with that. Next time from my primary care Dr. I will get 3 doctors and make my choice. My husband saw one of the Rontals and was comfortable, got information and did have tests. Go to one of them as it is their clinic. Also, her staff is not… helpful and they makes your job telling their insurance and other things very slow and lots of mistakes happen. They cannot seem to take a message etc. Also, this Doctor does facial plastic surgery including face lifts? NO, I do not go to a Doctor who crosses out of her field no matter how good they are. This happened with TMJ dentists too but I finally found one who did not do facial plastic surgery as a sideline. Please!
