I began seeing Dr Grunes nine months ago. I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for years. It seemed the past physicians were looking for the quick fix’s with meds. Dr Grunes not only took the time to connect past experiences in my life that resulted in trauma. We also developed a treatment plan through intensive therapy and the right medication. I haven’t felt this good and hopeful in years.

Dr. Grunes is a highly trained psychologist and therapist, who believes in on-going learning for both her patients and herself. She is passionate about her work, and also compassionate, thoughtful and very willing to adapt to an individual's situation. She has guided me through several very difficult situations, and I am a stronger person because of this. I have recommended several friends to her and they have received positive, professional care as well.

I cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude that I have for Dr. Grunes. I have seen many doctors in her field of work over the years and none of them even come close to she does. Dr. Grunes illuminates a path of hope for her patients- the type of doctor that medical students and other doctors aspire to be like. That to me is an exceptional doctor indeed.
